📜Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Deposit: 50% required to confirm booking. Balance due 3 days before event.
2. Cancellation Policy:
3. More than 8 days before event date– 100% refund
4. 3–7 days before event date– 25% booking deposit refund
5. Less than 72 hours before event date– No refund of deposit
6. Cleaning Fee: Included in rental. Excessive mess may incur additional charges.
7. Time Management: Additional hours will be charged at $120/hour.
8. Smoking: Strictly allowed only in designated outdoor areas (Levels 8 & 9), away from flammable materials.
9. Alcohol & Beverages: Items consumed from wine chillers/fridges on Level 2 must be declared and will be billed.
10. Restricted Areas: Storeroom (Level 1) and Office (Level 2) are off-limits
11. Venue Usage: Event hosts are responsible for guest conduct and compliance with venue policies.
12. Noise Control: Please keep noise to a respectful level, especially during late hours.
13. Lost Items: Venue is not liable for unattended belongings.
14. Mother's Room: Available upon prior request.
15. Damages/Loss: Additional charges apply for damages or lost items.
16. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed only in Level 1
